GWANGJU CONVENTION &VISITORS BUREAU HISTORY

Introduces the traces of the past history of the Gwangju Convention Visitors Bureau.

Since 2006, Gwangju Convention Visitors Bureau has been creating a future of history with many talented people who have successfully accomplished various achievements and a new and innovative lifestyle.
Gwangju to the world and Gwangju to the world. We are trying to take the Gwangju Convention Visitors Bureau one step further today.

  • 2016. 2. Two Departments and four teams (new management division) in management / business division
  • Promotion of Gwangju cultural tourism forum project
  • Promotion of tourism promotion conference in 2016
  • 2015. 4. Inauguration of CEO, Ji-Hoon Lee
  • 2015. 9. Four directors' teams (brand strategy team newly established)
  • Reorganized MICE alliance in Gwangju and launch of Gwangju & Partners
  • Commencement of accommodation subcommittee
  • Strengthening employee capacity executing overseas dispatch training
